Damages and other issues
Jemwerkz will ensure that our items are properly packed before mailing out. However, we will not be responsible for any damage caused during transit or delivery. Kindly inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info@jemwerkz.sg within 3 days of delivery if you have received the wrong item so that we can quickly resolve the issue.

Care
Please take note that most of our products are handmade. Jemwerkz will not accept responsibility for wear and tear or mis-use and rough-handling of our products, leading to damage.

Please avoid wearing our jewellery items during showers, saunas, spas, swimming or activities that may expose the items to high temperatures and harsh chemicals. Avoid sprays, perfumes and strong household chemicals on them as they may cause the hardware to tarnish.

Exchanges or Cancellation
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or cancellations. Return of sale items and jewellery items like earrings are non-exchangeable for hygiene purposes.

Please take note that the actual colours of the items may differ slightly from that seen in the pictures due to editing and lighting of different devices. Also note that each gemstone or crystal is natural and uniquely different so the colours, line patterns and clarity characteristics may differ from one another. Any irregularities (lines, different colour shades, rough patches or natural holes) should be considered as natural features of the crystals and gemstones, not flaws. We do not allow returns based on this.
