How should I care for my jewellery?

We provide a jewellery care card for every purchase with instructions on how to care for your jewellery. You should avoid exposing your jewellery to high temperatures or harsh chemicals. This means to avoid wearing your jewellery to activities such as showers, saunas, spas, and swimming. 

Can I wear my jewellery to exercise?

While each piece is well crafted and is of high quality, strenuous activities increase the likelihood of mishaps. Exercising with your jewellery will also exposes it to perspiration which increases the rate of oxidisation, causing your jewellery to tarnish more quickly.

How should I store my jewellery? 

When you are not wearing your jewellery, you should store it in an airtight jewellery box or zip bag to prevent it from tarnishing.

What should I do if my jewellery tarnishes?

If you spot any signs of tarnish on your jewellery, don't worry! The tarnish is easily removed with the silver polishing cloth we provided with your purchase. 

How long and how much is the delivery?

We provide free delivery within Singapore for orders that are above $100. We strive to ship out your items within 2 - 3 working days. We also provide same day delivery for urgent orders. To learn more about our shipping and delivery, click here.

Do you allow exchanges or refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or cancellations. Sale items, customised orders and jewellery items like earrings are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. You can email us at info@jemwerkz.com should you have any issues with your order.

Why does my item look different from what I see on your website?

While we strive to ensure that all our items appear as similar to the actual product as possible, please take note that the actual colours of the items may differ slightly from that seen in the pictures due to editing and lighting of different devices.

Also note that each gemstone or crystal is natural and uniquely different so the colours, line patterns and clarity characteristics may differ from one another. Any irregularities (lines, different colour shades, rough patches or natural holes) should be considered as natural features of the crystals and gemstones, not flaws. We do not allow returns based on this.
